Pricing for wholesale includes booties, bloomers, and woven ankle biters from our product line. Wholesale pricing is not available for Custom/Ready to Wear Ankle Biters, or vintage goods at this time.  Orders require an email confirmation that purchaser agrees to all the terms & conditions listed below.


Opening orders: 20 pieces minimum
Minimum Reorder: 8 pieces


Payment is required prior to shipping.  We accept Paypal or credit card.  Net 30 terms are offered to retailers with an established relationship with Sunny and Cheer.


Orders ship between 2-6 weeks from order date. Orders are shipped via USPS, unless otherwise specified.  If you have a UPS/Fed-Ex account you would like us to use, please contact us with information.


We cannot accept returns unless merchandise is defective. Our goods are individually handmade; therefore, items may not be exactly as pictured. Merchandise sizing is based on approximation and may vary slightly. Returns based on this will not be granted. Claims must be made via email within 3 business days of receipt of goods.


Orders can be made by emailing sales@sunnyandcheer.com. Please include style name and quantity.  Cancellation or order changes must be received within 48 hours of order placement.  


Prices are subject to change without notice.  All goods will be invoiced at prices in effect at time of order.  Due to the intensive labor of our handcrafted goods, delayed delivery within two weeks of dates specified is deemed timely and acceptable to the buyer.
